1. Product updates

The following products have been updated during August:

a) Active Barcode Component - the problem of vertical orientation 

changing with alternate images has been fixed.

b) dIndex-32 - multiple "spare" items have been added to the Point of 

Sale and Inovice units.

dBarcode 2D Developers Kit
dBarcode-32 Developers Kit - A call has been added to allow a Device 

Independent Bitmap handle to be retrieved from the DLL.

Active 2D Barcode Component
dBarcode 2D Developers Kit
DataMatrix Font Kit
Browser Barcode DataMatrix
dBarcode 2000 - These products have been updated to allow the full 

range of security level to be user-select for the DataMatrix barcode 

type.

Testware copies of the new version are available from our web site, and 
users of previous versions may upgrade under our normal terms. Users who
purchased this product within the last 12 months will need a new serial 
number for this product. This may be obtained by sending your proof of 
purchase to DLSoft.

2. Recent New products

dLSoft released the following new products in July:

a) Barcode Server for IIS

Barcode Server generates browser-independent barcodes for display 
in Active Server Pages (ASPs) on Microsoft IIS. The product does 
not require run-time Write access to the server's hard disk, and 
so is suitable for use on hosted sites.
