1. Product updates
 
For one reason or another virtually every product has 
received an update this month. In fact the only product 
that has NOT been updated is Barcode Server for IIS.
 
Consequently its easier to list the reasons for the updates,
at least one reason applying to each product.
 
Products which are capable of creating images on the clipboard
have been updated so that they do not product nominal size 
images when discrete height and width values are specified.
 
Products which handle Code 128 or EAN 128 barcodes have been
updated to avoid the report of an illegal character when
automatically changing subtype after particular sequences of digits.
(Because the Font products include component tools that handle all 
barcode fonts this has resulted in all font products being updated.)
 
The Universal Font Kit was updated to correctly install the 
Crystal Reports UFL component.
 
Serveral HELP files have been updated to make it easier to locate
the table of barcode types.
 
No prices, serial numbers or version numbers have been changed
as a result of these updates.

Testware versions are available from our web site, and users 
of the previous versions may upgrade under our normal terms.

dLSoft is pleased to announce that the following Barcode

Barcode Fonts for Windows - Code 11
Barcode Fonts for Windows - Codabar
Barcode Fonts for Windows - EAN/UPC
Barcode Fonts for Windows - ITF
Barcode Fonts for Windows - MSI
Barcode Fonts for Windows - PostNet
Barcode Fonts for Windows - RM4SCC (Royal Mail)
Barcode Fonts for Windows - Telepen
 
All Barcode Font for Windows products are now versions 2.6
 
No changes to prices or serial numbers are involved.
 
Datasheets and price lists are now available from the dealers 
web site: www.dlsoft.com/dealers
 
Testware versions are available from our web site, and users 
of the previous versions may upgrade under our normal terms.

3. Upgrading your dLSoft product
 
Upgrades are free of charge within a year of purchase - just 
download from our web site and use your existing serial number).
 
Upgrading a product that is more than a year old requires the
purchase of an updated serial number.
Customers who wish to purchase an upgrade to their dLSoft product 
may do so by contacting their dealer or by contacting DL Technology 
by e-mail or fax and providing the following information:
 
a) Product name and version
b) date of purchase
c) name of dealer purchased from
d) current serial number.
